30-Day Return Policy
Backlash Supply accepts return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

In the same condition you received it

With original tags attached, if applicable

In its original packaging, when possible

Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at:
Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your item. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@backlashsupply.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the funds.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
